I have become so overwhelmed with this new project that I forget to relax, meditate, do yoga and Breathe.
I am finding myself spread between several projects and loosing ground on getting most of them completed. My focus is all but gone. I realized I needed to spend some time to regroup, prioritize and refocus my energies on one project at a time.
This is worth sharing. Play around with the rations when you need energized, balanced or relaxed.
